About Croc 2

Croc 2 is a top-down action game where the player controls Croc on a quest to find his parents, a journey initiated by a message from his mother found in a bottle. His search takes him through four distinct village settings, each inhabited by Gobbos who assign him various tasks.

Gameplay involves navigating these environments using abilities like jumping, stomping, and tail-whip attacks to deal with enemies, including the resurrected antagonist Baron Dante. Defeated foes may leave behind crystals or heart refills. Exploration is aided by interactive elements such as pushing crates and hitting switches, which introduce light puzzle-solving.

Crystals collected during the adventure serve as currency at a shop run by Swap Meet Pete. Purchasing items from this shop, such as Jump Jelly, grants access to new areas that were initially unreachable. The player's health is represented by a life meter of hearts, which can be increased in number by finding heart pots throughout the world.
