About Star Trek: The Next Generation

Star Trek: The Next Generation is a mission based simulation. The player assumes the role of a Starfleet cadet in a training exercise, commanding a simulated version of the U.S.S. Enterprise.

Gameplay centers on the ship's bridge, which serves as a hub for accessing various command stations. These include Navigation, Tactical, and Engineering, each representing a different crew function necessary for completing objectives. Certain ship operations are handled through dedicated mini games.

The experience is structured around a sequence of scripted missions. Progress requires the player to manage these different systems from the bridge interface to fulfill mission parameters.
