Earth 2140: Hightech-Kriegsführung im 22. Jahrhundert Земля 2140

This real-time strategy game challenges you to lead the UCS or ED in a final war for Earth's last resources.

Earth 2140 was originally released for DOS in 1997, making it the earliest commercial release on any platform.

About Earth 2140

Earth 2140 is a real-time strategy title set in a future where the planet's surface has been largely rendered uninhabitable, forcing humanity into subterranean existence. The conflict is between two primary factions, the United Civilized States and the Eurasian Dynasty, each seeking territorial expansion.

Its core systems involve establishing an economic base through resource gathering to fund the construction of military units. These forces are then deployed to locate and engage the opposing side. Faction asymmetry is present, with the UCS, for example, having access to distinct assets like Mercs and robotic infantry.

Mission progression is punctuated by cinematic cutscenes, framing the ongoing campaign for dominance between the two powers.
