About Syndicate Wars

Syndicate Wars is a sequel that continues the dark isometric action and strategy gameplay of its predecessor. Players assume control of one of two opposing factions, Eurocorp Syndicate or Church of the New Epoch, both engaged in a global conflict for supremacy.

The core experience involves managing a squad of four agents selected from a larger roster. Missions are received via in-game email and span sixty violent objectives across thirty different urban environments. Players direct their squad through these missions, which feature fully rotatable 3D city views.

Combat utilizes a range of weaponry, including new additions like nuclear grenades and psycho gas. The futuristic setting is reinforced by elements such as tube transport, a monorail system, and Antigrav vehicles that move without obstruction. For the PC release, multiplayer functionality allows for battles supporting up to eight players over a modem or network connection.
