About B.A.T.

In the 22nd century, players assume the role of an operative for the Bureau of Astral Troubleshooters, a clandestine galactic agency. The setting is a cyberpunk universe where missions involve espionage activities across multiple planets.

Gameplay blends first-person adventure exploration with role-playing systems. A significant portion of the experience involves navigating futuristic environments, interacting with characters, and collecting objects to progress the story. Character advancement follows an RPG model governed by statistical development.

Combat is a real-time, random encounter system. When a battle initiates, the player has a brief window to prepare before attacks are exchanged. Defensive maneuvers like dodging are available during these confrontations. A unique tool is the B.O.B., an implanted organic computer that the player can program.
