About Super Ninja-kun

Super Ninja-kun continues the series with a rescue mission, as the protagonist's girlfriend has been taken by a demon. The player navigates through nine distinct stages, each concluding with a boss encounter.

Gameplay expands on established mechanics, retaining shuriken attacks, wall climbing, and collectible weapons such as bombs and boomerangs. New additions include a running ability and a health system using hearts, which can be extended by collecting more. Defeated enemies leave behind souls that fill a gauge; when full, it allows the activation of a super power.

A two-player cooperative mode is available, where the second character is a color variation of the main ninja. The game's difficulty is fair, as the player character revives at the point of death instead of restarting the stage.
