About Virtual Bart

Virtual Bart begins with the protagonist becoming trapped in a virtual reality machine at a school science fair. To escape, he must complete a series of simulated experiences before the system fails.

The gameplay alternates between two distinct perspectives. Half the stages are side scrolling platformers where the character inhabits non human forms, including a pig, a dinosaur, and an infant. The other half feature a rear view perspective for activities like projectile throwing, navigating a water slide, and operating a motorcycle in a ruined cityscape.

Selection of these stages is not linear but randomized, determined by a spinning wheel mechanism. This structure requires the player to adapt to different control schemes and objectives across the six scenarios.
