Marble Madness

Review
Also known as
マーブルマッドネス

Guide a marble through isometric courses, avoiding obstacles and racing against time.

Marble Madness was originally released in arcades in 1984. The Sega Genesis version was released in 1991 by Electronic Arts.

About Marble Madness

Marble Madness presents a challenging navigation task where the player controls a marble through a course. The primary objective is to reach the end point without leaving the path or making contact with hazards.

An isometric viewpoint adds complexity by altering the player's perception of movement directions. This perspective, combined with narrow pathways and hostile elements that must be evaded, defines the core obstacle.

Play can involve a direct race against another participant in a two player mode. When playing alone, the challenge is governed by a time limit, creating a race against the clock.
