Laser Invasion is structured as a four level mission to prevent an enemy super weapon and rescue a captured operative. Its gameplay is a composite of established genres rather than a single consistent style.
The experience shifts between different perspectives and mechanics across its stages. These include an aerial combat sequence, a first person shooting segment, and a maze navigation challenge.
