About Alien Olympics 2044 AD

Alien Olympics 2044 AD is a Game Boy title that merges track and field competitions with arcade style challenges, all performed by a selection of extraterrestrial athletes. Players select from eight distinct alien contestants, each with unique physical attributes that provide advantages or disadvantages in specific events.

The game offers fifteen different events, which can be played in a full sequence or as a smaller selection. These include traditional athletic contests like racing, hurdling, and jumping, alongside shooting galleries and arcade inspired activities such as a Pac Man variant and an Asteroids like jetpack game. One event even involves a giant robot throwing the player character.

Competition can be against a computer opponent or a second player sharing the same keyboard. A practice mode is available for players to learn the mechanics of the various events before entering formal competition.
