Review
Also known as
Litti's Summer Sports Track Meet: Mezase! Barcelona トラックミート めざせ! バルセロナ

Compete in seven Olympic events to earn points and win the championship.

Track Meet for Game Boy was released in 1991 by Interplay Productions. The game is a port of the original Track Meet, which was also released in 1991 on other platforms, making the original release year 1991.

About Track Meet

Track Meet is a sports simulation featuring seven distinct Olympic events. These range from track disciplines like sprinting and hurdles to field events such as discus and javelin throwing.

Gameplay involves facing five computer-controlled opponents across all events to secure a championship. Each opponent possesses unique characteristics and strategies, making the competition challenging. Performance in every event is converted into a points total, with the overall victory going to the athlete who accumulates the highest score.

Beyond the main championship, the software includes a dedicated practice mode for individual event training. It also supports direct competition between two players via a link cable connection.
