About Jumping Troll

Jumping Troll was one of those simple, clever games that felt typical of the Flash era. You'd find it on a portal site, play for a few minutes, and then realize an hour had passed. It had a quiet, almost methodical charm that stood apart from more frantic titles.

You control a small troll by moving a mushroom platform directly beneath him. The troll jumps automatically whenever he lands on this platform, so your job is to slide the mushroom left and right to steer his arc. Your goal is to guide him into a hollow log to finish the level, but you must first complete three tasks. You need to collect all the food items scattered about, touch all the glowing rings to activate them, and land on every tree stump to make a plant sprout. The pace is slow and deliberate, requiring careful timing to chain jumps together without falling off the stage. It feels like solving a quiet, bouncy puzzle with your hands.
