About Electroman

Electroman is a platform game where the player controls Jacek through a series of levels. Progress requires collecting three microchips on each level before advancing. The gameplay incorporates puzzle elements and combat, with enemies to shoot and items like teleporters to navigate.

A defining mechanic is the weapon system, which degrades over time until it becomes unusable, making the collection of power-ups a continuous necessity. The checkpoint system adds to the challenging nature of the game; while death returns the player to the last checkpoint and collected microchips are retained, touching a checkpoint also strips the character of all weapons.

Movement presents another layer of difficulty. Jumps follow a fixed arc with no mid-air control, demanding precise timing to avoid enemies positioned above or below. The game contains eight levels, with background music present only on the final level, which serves as a credits sequence.
