About Command Adventures: Starship

Command Adventures: Starship is set in a galactic landscape where twelve empires have recently ceased open warfare. Players assume the role of a starship captain tasked with expanding their race's influence by claiming unaffiliated worlds discovered through exploration.

Gameplay integrates several distinct modes. From a starbase, players manage resources by recruiting crew and purchasing vessels and gear. Space travel and ship-to-ship combat are conducted from an overhead perspective. When a planet or derelict ship is found, the player can dispatch a selected away team to the surface or interior.

Success in these ground missions depends on crew composition and equipment. To fully claim a planet, an away team must include Engineers capable of constructing an Isolation Grid. Revenue for further operations is generated by seizing alien technology or successfully conquering new territories.
