About Advanced NetWars

Advanced NetWars is a space combat simulation where the player pilots a fighter craft. The objective involves engaging in dogfights within a three-dimensional environment, where survival depends on eliminating hostile targets.

This version was distributed with OpenDOS, representing an enhancement over an earlier release that showcased Novell's networking technology. The player's craft is equipped with weaponry such as plasma guns and missiles, along with a turbo booster system for maneuvering.

Spatial awareness is managed through a three-dimensional radar display. This instrument provides critical positional data, indicating not only the direction of other fighters but also their elevation relative to the player's ship.
