Spriggan Powered is a side scrolling shooter set in a science fiction universe. Players operate a flying mech through six distinct stages, each concluding with a significant boss encounter after confronting lesser enemies along the way.

Destroying hostile units provides energy. This resource has two primary functions: it can be allocated to reinforce the mech's defensive shield or saved to execute a powerful super attack.
