Sansara Naga 2 is a role-playing game where the player's character, discovered as a child holding an egg, is revealed to be a Dragonrider after the egg hatches into a talking white dragon. The central quest involves pursuing a former guardian who has betrayed the guild and fled, requiring travel across eight distinct worlds.
Gameplay involves turn-based, first-person combat against random encounters. Defeated monsters can be used to restore dragon health or sold for currency. The party can be expanded by recruiting various dragons, each possessing a unique skill such as swimming or magic use.
Equipment management includes weapons that degrade with use. Resources can be managed through activities like purchasing and cooking pigs to create items that restore health.
