About No Escape

"No Escape" is a side-scrolling platform game adapted from the 1994 film. The player assumes the role of Capt. J.T. Robbins, a war criminal imprisoned on the inescapable island of Absolom after killing his commanding officer.

Progress requires exploring the island to locate and combine items, which are used to construct weapons and traps. Interaction with other prisoners is part of the experience, as some can offer assistance while others are hostile and must be avoided or confronted.

Player actions for dealing with threats include direct physical attacks like punches and kicks, or employing stealth and prepared traps. The game's visual presentation utilizes rotoscoped graphics derived from the film's actors.
