About Maka Maka

Maka Maka is a role-playing game set on an Earth threatened by the return of a demon king, who was originally vanquished a thousand years prior. The player guides Corum, a student who is the reincarnated form of an alien prince, as he gathers a varied group of allies to confront this renewed threat.

The narrative and its cast are presented with an absurdist and comedic tone. A central mechanic involves the main characters, who are all reincarnations of ancient heroes, transforming into their past selves to access unique magical abilities during combat.

Battles occur randomly and use a turn-based system. For its era, the combat animations were notable for visually depicting the characters' attacks against each other.
