About Jewel Master

Jewel Master is an arcade style platformer where the player fights numerous monsters. The central mechanic involves equipping magical rings to attack, with two rings usable simultaneously.

The setting is the kingdom of Mythgard, threatened by the demon king Jardine. A hero known as the Jewel Master is tasked with finding a lost weapon called the Elemental Blade. This blade was created by four surviving Elemental Masters, whose rings are now scattered. The objective is to recover ten of these rings to reclaim the blade and confront Jardine.

Rings are aligned with one of four elements and grant different attack effects when combined. Equipping rings of opposing elements will cancel their power, but the player can wear one on each hand. The system adds complexity as rings also vary in strength.
