About ESPN National Hockey Night

ESPN National Hockey Night is a hockey simulation for the Sega Genesis that includes the full roster of NHL teams from its era, though it does not license actual player names. The experience is supported by recorded commentary from broadcaster Bill Clement.

Players can engage with the sport through several structured modes, which include single matches, a full league schedule, and postseason tournaments. Game progress across these modes can be preserved using the cartridge's battery backup function. The presentation offers two distinct camera angles for viewing the action on the ice.
