About Dino Dini's Soccer

Dino Dini's Soccer is a top-down sports simulation where play proceeds vertically along the pitch. It diverges from its predecessor by implementing a control scheme where the ball remains attached to a player's foot, simplifying dribbling. Match duration is adjustable, and a configurable radar display provides positional awareness.

The title includes a range of competitive modes centered on international teams, whose names are editable. These modes encompass full World Cup tournaments with qualifying stages, European Championships, and custom-built league or cup competitions. A notable visual feature for its era is the accurate representation of player ethnicities.

Several interface and control options are present. Players can modify the behavior of passes with aftertouch settings and have full control over the pitch scanner, which can be repositioned, rescaled, or turned off entirely.
