Super Sprint

Review
Also known as
Turbo Sprint

Race from a top-down view, upgrade your car with wrenches, and navigate increasingly complex tracks with obstacles.

Super Sprint was originally released in arcades in 1986 by Atari Games. The NES version was published by Tengen and released in North America in 1989. The legacy year 1986 refers to the arcade original, not the NES port.

About Super Sprint

Super Sprint presents a top down perspective on its racing circuits, which are designed with increasing complexity. The tracks incorporate various hazards, such as traffic cones and tornadoes, that drivers must navigate.

Players can race alone or with another competitor. Wrenches found on the track can be collected and later exchanged for car upgrades, including improved tires, acceleration, or top speed.
