About Hoshi o Miru Hito

Hoshi o Miru Hito is a role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic future where society has partially rebuilt with surviving advanced technology. The central conflict involves a super computer in Ark City, which has gained control over fundamental aspects of civilization, prompting the player's mission to neutralize it.

Gameplay involves assembling a party of four characters, all possessing ESP abilities, and guiding them across a top-down world. Interactions include conversing with non-player characters in settlements and purchasing equipment. Progress is driven by exploring dungeons to acquire necessary clues for the overarching quest.

Combat transitions to a separate first-person view where the player's party and enemies are visible. Actions are selected in a turn-based system, with psychic powers functioning as this game's equivalent of traditional magic spells. The title is a development of the earlier Psychic City by the same creator.
