Hokuto no Ken 3: Shinseiki Sōzō Seiken Retsuden

Hokuto no Ken 3 is a role-playing game adapted from the Fist of the North Star anime. Its setting is a world ruined by a demonic assault in 1999, where humanity's survival depends on the power of the Northern Star.

The player guides the series protagonist Kenshirou and his companions across a wasteland. Their journey involves exploring towns and hazardous dungeons, where they engage in turn-based combat against various foes. Enemy encounters are depicted with anime-style portraits on the battle screen.

The central objective is to rebuild civilization and save humanity by confronting demon lords and their forces. This culminates in specific one-on-one confrontations where Kenshirou must personally defeat major adversaries.
