About Nettou King of Fighters '96

Nettou King of Fighters '96 is a portable adaptation of SNK's fighting series, bringing numerous updates from its arcade counterpart. The roster expands with characters drawn from other SNK franchises alongside new original fighters, totaling 27 standard participants and two unlockable bosses.

Gameplay modifications include the introduction of a "Rush" combo system and updated move sets for the cast. Players can engage in the tournament through team-based or single-character formats, with additional versus and survival modes available. This installment advances the overarching Orochi Saga narrative, placing greater emphasis on storyline development.

Technical improvements are noted across the presentation, with reworked character sprites and enhanced audio and visual elements compared to previous releases.
