Bill Elliott's NASCAR Fast Tracks is a racing game where the player selects a vehicle from three available manufacturers: Ford, Chevrolet, or Oldsmobile. The primary competition involves an eight race championship series against fifteen other drivers.

This championship is contested on four circuits, each visited twice, including Daytona, Atlanta, Watkins Glen, and Sears Point. Players can view the action from either an interior cockpit perspective or an external view from behind their car.
