About TNN Outdoors Fishing Champ
TNN Outdoors Fishing Champ is a fishing simulation for the Game Boy Color, derived from an established tournament series. The game presents a substantial fishing environment with over thirty distinct species to catch across thirty different settings.
Players can navigate a boat to productive areas on four freshwater lakes and two saltwater sea locations. The experience offers a choice between unstructured free fishing and structured tournament competition. Strategic depth is provided through a selection of nine lures and baits, each with specific properties for attracting fish.
In-game professional advice is available to guide players on effective tackle selection for various conditions, which is framed as a method to improve catch rates. The game is described as the most extensive fishing title available for the Game Boy platform.
