About Lil' Monster

Lil' Monster is a Game Boy Color role-playing game where players train and battle with creatures, a core concept reminiscent of the Pokémon series. Progression occurs through turn-based combat where selecting special commands for monsters is the primary action.

The game structure diverges by offering a map-based selection of locations rather than an open world to explore. Successful battles yield experience for leveling up the creatures and provide a currency called gems.

These gems and other resources can be managed in town, where items are available for purchase and sale. A dedicated Arena also exists as a distinct gameplay feature.
