About Hero Hero-kun

Hero Hero-kun for the Game Boy Color is based on the manga by Takahiro Kamiya. The setting is Ukiuki Town, which has been placed under a sleeping curse by a character named Suyasuya.

Players control a customizable protagonist who investigates this situation. Gameplay involves navigating different town areas, where puzzles are solved through interaction with the environment and characters. A key item called the Yumemakura pillow allows entry into a dream world to explore the dreams of the afflicted residents.

Combat uses a turn-based system where encounters are against single opponents. Managing a gauge of action points is required to execute attacks effectively, making the battles fair.
