About Tales of the Fire Emblem

Zone of the Enders: The Fist of Mars is a tactical turn-based game set within its series' universe. Its narrative follows a protagonist who acquires a specialized combat robot, or L.E.V., and becomes allied with Martian rebels against Earth.

Missions are structured around grid-based maps where various L.E.V. units, each with distinct combat and mobility profiles, are deployed. A key mechanical layer involves an interactive action system that activates during battles. This system requires active player participation for both offensive and defensive maneuvers, though it can be disabled.

Strategic management extends beyond missions, as players can modify their units between chapters. This includes installing discovered equipment and allocating performance points to prioritize attributes like offensive capability or defensive agility.
