About Ochaken no Bouken-jima : Honwaka Yume no Island

Ochaken no Bouken-jima : Honwaka Yume no Island is a 2D platformer designed for a young audience, making its gameplay easy to approach. It is a sequel featuring characters from Sega Toys, where the player can choose to control either a dog or a cat protagonist.

A notable feature is the inclusion of a character creation system. The custom dog or cat designed by the player can be used within the main adventure and is also compatible with a later Nintendo DS title. Each character type possesses a distinct movement ability; the dog can briefly hover, while the cat has access to a double jump.

Originally, purchasing the game new provided a small physical toy based on the characters.
