Review
Also known as
Final Fantasy I & II Advance ファイナルファンタジーI・IIアドバンス

Experience two foundational RPGs with added dungeons, an epilogue story, and a bestiary.

Final Fantasy I & II Advance was released for Game Boy Advance in 2004. The original Final Fantasy was first released in 1987 on the Famicom/NES.

About Final Fantasy I : II Advance

Final Fantasy I : II Advance is a compilation of two updated role playing games originally released on the Famicom. This version introduces several modifications, including a reduced difficulty level that makes the experience more fair and the removal of certain penalties like stat decreases in the second game.

New content has been integrated into both titles. For the first game, a series of optional dungeons become available, designed for advanced players and featuring bosses from later entries in the series. The second game includes an additional epilogue storyline, accessible after the main plot is finished, which focuses on characters who perished earlier. Both games now feature a bestiary that records encountered enemies along with their attributes.
