About Dragon Ball : Advanced Adventure

Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure is an action game covering the initial Dragon Ball story, where Goku searches for the Dragon Balls. The primary mode involves side-scrolling platform levels filled with combat against numerous enemies and significant bosses from the early series.

Gameplay alternates between these brawling stages and dedicated one-on-one fighting sequences, which include special duels and tournament matches. These versus battles employ a more traditional fighting game format, though with a simplified control scheme. Goku's basic arsenal consists of punches, kicks, and his extending staff.

Progression through the story introduces new abilities, such as aerial combat after acquiring the Flying Nimbus. Completion of the main mode unlocks additional content, including the character Krillin for versus play. Further characters and mini-games become accessible by meeting specific in-game conditions.
