About Turnaus

Turnaus was one of those simple two-player games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't have complex graphics or a long story. It was just a quick way to compete with a friend on the same keyboard. The game captured that specific feeling of early browser gaming, where the goal was immediate fun rather than a deep experience.

You control a knight, moving left and right across a single screen arena. Your main objective is to break down your opponent's castle door while defending your own. You swing your sword to hit the other knight, which stuns them and pushes them back. The core loop involves attacking, dodging, and then rushing to hack at the wooden door during an opening. The pacing is fast, with rounds often ending quickly after a few solid hits. It feels direct and slightly chaotic, a pure test of reaction and timing against someone sitting right beside you.
