About Trivial Blitz
Trivial Blitz was one of those games you'd find tucked away on a Flash portal in the late 2000s. It fit right in with the era's appetite for quick, knowledge-based challenges you could finish in a few minutes between other tasks. The presentation was straightforward, putting the puzzle front and center without much fuss.
You control a cursor, clicking on words from a scrambled grid that you think match a given category. The goal is to find all eleven correct terms before time runs out or you hit too many of the five wrong answers, which trigger a penalty. Each correct selection adds to your score, represented as money, while mistakes bring you closer to a game over. The pace is insistent, pushing you to think fast but not recklessly. It feels like a race against your own assumptions, where a moment of hesitation or a lucky guess can change everything.
