You control a fighter in a small, flat arena with the main goal of throwing your opponent off the edge. Movement is basic, using keys to walk and jump. You have a standard punch and a stronger special attack, and landing these repeatedly is the core of the game. Each hit builds up damage on your opponent, and a heavily damaged fighter becomes much easier to grab and toss out of the ring. The matches are fast, often decided in a few quick exchanges, and the difficulty comes from the opponent's relentless aggression. It feels like a blunt and hectic scramble where a single mistake can send you flying.
