About Speed Highway

Speed Highway was one of those games you'd find on a Flash gaming site in the late 2000s. It fit right in with the simple, quick-play titles that were common then. The goal was straightforward: keep your runner moving down an endless road.

You control a character automatically sprinting forward. Your only job is to click or tap on obstacles as they appear, things like cones or other runners coming straight at you. A missed click causes a stumble, slowing you down. The pace picks up steadily, and the obstacles arrive faster, making the timing tighter. It creates a rhythm of watching the screen and reacting. The game feels like a test of simple, focused concentration.
