About Romeo On The Run
You control Romeo, a character who moves from left to right across a series of platforms. Your immediate task is to collect flowers scattered throughout the level. The main objective is to gather as many as possible before reaching the end, where a date presumably waits. You use the arrow keys to run and jump, navigating past gaps and obstacles. Pressing the spacebar lets you throw discs, which can be used to hit switches or perhaps deal with minor enemies, though I recall it mostly for interacting with the environment. The pacing is quick, demanding split-second jumps, and the difficulty comes from timing those movements precisely. It feels like a focused dash against a simple clock, where each missed flower is a small, personal defeat.
