About Road Blocks

Road Blocks was one of those games you'd find tucked away on a Flash portal in the mid-2000s. It didn't have a big studio name attached, just a simple, clear idea presented in a browser window. You knew what you were getting into from the first click.

You control a small ball, nudging it with the arrow keys. Your only job is to get it into a square goal. The ball rolls in a straight line until it hits a wall, so you plan each move carefully. Some levels introduce portals; the ball shoots out of a matching one, keeping its momentum. The puzzles start easy but quickly demand precise timing and foresight. You find yourself testing angles, anticipating rebounds, and sometimes just tapping a key to see what happens. It feels like a quiet, persistent test of logic.
