About Quarkz 2
Quarkz 2 was one of those games you'd find in the later days of Flash. It didn't have a big studio behind it, just a simple idea that fit right into the era of quick browser games. You'd load it up between other tasks, looking for a few minutes of distraction.
You control a small, colored quark, moving it around a contained arena with your mouse. The goal is to claim more territory than the opposing quarks by drawing lines to encircle areas. You have to be quick, because the other quarks are doing the same thing, cutting into your space and trying to trap you. The game moves fast, and a single wrong turn can end your run. It feels like a tense, minimalist race against the clock.
