About Motor Bike

Motor Bike was one of those physics games that seemed to be on every Flash gaming site in the late 2000s. It belonged to a whole genre of simple bike stunting games that were perfect for a few minutes of play between other tasks. You would find it tucked among other time trial and stunt titles, often with just a few lines of instructions.

You control a rider on a motocross bike, using the arrow keys to accelerate, brake, and tilt the bike forward or backward. The main goal is to reach the finish line of each side-scrolling level without crashing. The core mechanics involve managing your bike's balance to land jumps cleanly and using the throttle to power up steep inclines. The terrain is uneven, with hills and ramps that require careful timing. The pacing is quick, and the physics are unforgiving; a slight miscalculation on a landing often sends the rider tumbling. It feels like a constant, tense negotiation with momentum and gravity.
