Metal Slug Rampage 4 was one of those games you'd find on a Flash portal in the late 2000s. It was a browser based adaptation that tried to capture the spirit of the original arcade series. You didn't need to download anything; you just clicked and started playing.

You control a soldier running from left to right. You shoot everything that moves, from enemy infantry to alien creatures. The main goal is simply to survive each stage, blasting your way to the end.
