Home Run Game

You control a batter at the plate, with the goal of hitting a single pitched ball as far as you can. The core interaction is timing. You press the spacebar to start your swing as the pitch comes in, and then press it again to make contact. The trick is in that second press; hitting it too early or too late sends the ball foul or results in a weak pop-up. The game moves quickly from pitch to result, with no second chances. It's a game of pure, instant feedback, where a single well-timed click can send the ball soaring into the distance. The experience is focused and surprisingly tense for such a simple setup.
