About Homer's Beer Run

Homer's Beer Run was one of those simple, quick games you'd find during the Flash era. It came from the early 2000s, a time when a lot of web games were built around a single, clear idea. This one was based on The Simpsons, though I don't recall the specific developer. The goal was straightforward, and it loaded in a browser almost instantly.

You control Homer Simpson, who shuffles left and right at the bottom of the screen. Bottles of Duff beer fall from the sky, and you have to catch them. The main objective is to fill your shopping cart by grabbing a certain number of beers. You need to avoid the bottles that are on fire, as they will cost you a life. The pace starts slow but gets faster, and the falling patterns become less predictable. It feels like a race against the clock as you dodge the bad bottles while scrambling to collect enough good ones before time runs out.
