About Gravity

Gravity was one of those games you'd find in the early 2000s, tucked away on a Flash portal. It came out in 2004, made by a developer named Locomalito. It didn't try to be the biggest or loudest game on the site. Instead, it offered a quiet, focused kind of challenge that felt different from the usual arcade fare.

You pilot a small, triangular ship around a circular planet. The core of the game is managing your thrust and steering against a strong, persistent gravitational pull. Your main goal is to navigate through a series of orbital gates without crashing. The mechanics are simple to grasp but difficult to master; you learn to use the planet's gravity to slingshot yourself, and you must carefully counteract your momentum to avoid spinning out of control. The pacing is deliberate, and the difficulty builds steadily as the courses become more complex. It feels like a precise and sometimes frustrating dance with physics.
