About Endless War 2
Endless War 2 was one of those straightforward action games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a solid sequel, offering another round of missions in a familiar format. You just loaded it up in your browser and got to work.
You control a soldier from an overhead view, moving through maps with the WASD keys. Your job is to clear each area of enemy forces, using a selection of rifles and explosives. You switch weapons with the number keys, reload with R, and fire with the mouse. The pace is quick, with enemies appearing from different directions, so you're often circling for cover while returning fire. The main goal is simply to survive each mission and eliminate all opposition. It feels direct and uncomplicated, a game built for short bursts of focused play.
