About Earth Defence 2k90

Earth Defence 2k90 was one of those straightforward shooters you'd find on Flash game sites in the late 2000s. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, engaging way to pass some time. You just loaded it up in your browser and started blasting.

You control a small ship at the bottom of the screen, moving it left and right with the arrow keys. Waves of alien ships drift down from the top, and your job is to shoot them all before they reach the bottom. You fire with the spacebar, and the challenge comes from managing the increasing number of enemies. The pace is steady, and the difficulty ramps up in a predictable way. It feels like a focused, no-frills arcade experience.
