About Halo Shooter
Halo Shooter was one of those games you'd find on a Flash gaming site in the late 2000s. It was a simple, unofficial take on the Halo universe, built for a quick session in a web browser. You didn't need to download anything; you just clicked and started playing. It captured that specific era where fan-made projects could pop up overnight, offering a stripped-down version of a much bigger world.
You control a lone soldier, often a Spartan, from a top-down perspective. Your goal is straightforward: survive each wave of Covenant enemies. You move with the WASD keys and aim your rifle with the mouse, firing at Grunts and Elites as they advance from the edges of the screen. You have to manage your ammo, pausing to reload, and sometimes you can pick up health packs or new weapons. The pacing is relentless; the waves come faster, and the enemies get tougher. It feels like a constant scramble to keep your crosshairs on target while watching your flanks.
