About Cyborg
Cyborg was one of those games you'd find buried in the Flash portals of the early 2000s. It didn't have a big studio name attached, just a simple, stark presentation that fit right into that era of browser-based experiments. The premise was direct. You played as a creation, a female cyborg built for one purpose who decided to rebel.
You control the cyborg through tight corridors and industrial rooms. Movement is quick, using the keyboard to run and a key to hover briefly, which helps in navigating the platform-like layouts. You cycle through a small arsenal of weapons, from a basic blaster to more powerful options, clearing each screen of robotic enemies and turrets. The goal is straightforward: eliminate all opposition to unlock the exit to the next area. The pace is relentless, and the difficulty comes from the confined spaces and the need to manage your limited flight against constant fire. It feels like a tense, methodical sweep through a hostile facility.
